Homeowners: Be sure you receive an official BuildersTrust notice from The Resolution Assurance Group. Your project is automatically posted for review when your contractor registers YOUR project. Each project needs its own authorization. Those homeowners who have not received an official notice will not have proof of coverage, and will not be covered.

IF your project increases, be sure to obtain a CHANGE ORDER so that your coverage is increased to match the new project cost.
