A comprehensive survey has been issued from the Consumer Federation of America that outlines the top consumer complaints. Unfortunately, home improvement firms are in the top ten, and No. 1 in 2004. This perception of misconduct among consumers unfairly taints those contractors who are honorable and meet their clients' needs.
