BuildersTrust's Financial Backing

BuildersTrust^TM , a product of Resolution Assurance Group ^TM, provides warranties to contractors and homeowners through JSRO, Inc., which, through its subsidiaries, develops, provides finanical backing, and manages programs for speciality risks in the alternative insurance market. The warranty extends coverage only to the contracting parties. It specifically excludes coverage to any other parties including any potential third party beneficiaries.
